GIVEAWAY
I can say I am definitely not a Teen Vogue Reader but I came across this book and was flicking through a couple of pages and its a good insight not only into the industry but what it takes to be in it and at the top of it, which is so important for those serious young adults out there who want to pursue a career in fashion or the creative arts industry! One piece I would give is to do you, do not try and be anyone else, because everyone has a purpose and yours is not any less important than anyone else's. You are a movement by yourself so move it lol, don't try and be anyone else but you because you will fail and only be an impersonation because that's who you can be best ......being yourself. Also another point is concerning style, your style is yours, you DO NOT need to conform to the majority because conformity is a jailer......

I follow you on Google Friend Connect and on Facebook. I work in the beauty industry, specifically as a makeup artist and so it's important to me that my girls (ranging in age from 12-23) learn how to develop their own sense of style and beauty. I didn't always have "IT" and I wish now that someone would have taken me aside when I was living through those awkward years and shown me a few tips on being the best ME I could be. My style has changed and will continue to change throughout the years, but the basic "ME-ness" of it is always there!
